Music, food, drinks as Conrad Manila lights it up with 'Season of Splendor' celebration

We were then treated to some of the fantastic dishes at C Lounge where we had our fill of Gen San Tuna Belly Sisig Cups, Pistachio Cornettos, Tanigue Ceviche with Dalandan Dressing, Glazed Leg of Ham, Slow Roasted Turkey, among others as well as a an assortment of unique cocktails.
Those were just a taste of what Conrad Manila has to offer this holiday season as part of its festive indulgences and bespoke experiences.
At Brasserie on 3, guests can take pleasure in an unforgettable Christmas feast that begins with a warm Tsokolate de Batirol followed by sustainably-sourced Filipino and Western holiday favorites such as Turkey and Ham, Yule Log and Fruit Cakes, stollen bread, among others. Prices start at P4,300 per person for December 24 buffet dinner and December 25 buffet lunch and dinner. On New Year's Eve, buffet dinner is at P4,500 per person inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine.
China Blue by Jereme Leung invites patrons to prepare for a culinary spectacle featuring an indulgent nine-course set menu well-curated by Executive Chinese Chef Eng Yew Khor with highlights such as premium, savory roasted duck, catch-of-the-oday seafood, and succulent lobsters, among others. Treasures of the Orient is available from December 19 to 25, and December 27 to January 31 with prices starting from P49,800 for a table of 10 diners.
Bru Coffee Bar transforms into a life-size gingerbread house brimming with homemade goodies and well-crafted Christmas Hampers: Holiday Cheer at P5,500 and Yuletide Fete at P6,800. Highlights include Pralines, Ube Langka stollen bread, Christmas cookies, and Gingerbread man.
